Among the many photographers I follow (I’ve been following Team Benitez since 2016!), we booked TBP because of their consistency. While there are many talented wedding photographers out there, TBP has shown to be the most consistent in their craft. We met them for the first time during our prewedding shoot and had the best time! They were so professional, creative, and working with them felt so light. We took thousands of photos but never felt tired. They’re experts in making poses look natural, and we love that we never had to hold a pose for too long just to get the perfect shot because they can get the perfect shot in the first few clicks. After our prewedding, we couldn’t stop raving about how amazing they were. All three of them worked together like a well-oiled machine; it was almost as if it was all rehearsed!
While our prewedding shoot was amazing, nothing could have prepared us for how much more breathtaking our wedding photos will be. They’ve captured all the emotions (lots of tears!) on our wedding day so beautifully. We were blessed with a gorgeous sunset before our reception and they were able to maximize the limited time and capture the most magical photos. We decided not to give them any pegs for our wedding because we trusted them and wanted them to be their most creative selves without being limited by pinterest pegs, and they did not disappoint. Our November 11, 2020 wedding happened during the pandemic and in the middle of signal number 3 storm. One of the smartest decisions we made as a couple and what saved our day was hiring THE BEST-EST photographers in the industry!
Cay, on the day, assured us that our wedding will look beautiful no matter what. His kindness definitely calmed our nerves and eased our worries. And it turned out that he was right – indeed, our wedding photos looked amazing. He captured our love and commitment to get married against all odds. Our photos were bright and natural, as if the sun shone above us. The team made us feel comfortable and injected humor as well. Cay and the team were professionals right from the way they looked, down to the way they cooperated with other suppliers. They helped make the event seamless. Someday, whether we renew our vows or get married again in this lifetime or the next, we would surely hire them over and over again.
We pictured our wedding day as a sunny & bright daytime because we wanted to capture Mount Batulao’s landscape and mountain range, but Mother Nature had other plans. We instead had a drizzling and gloomy day but Team Benitez made every shot dreamy and picturesque. The team captured us through the foggy horizon while the rain was pouring down on us making every moment exactly what we dreamed of. They made every effort in capturing the essence of what we wanted from prep time through the ceremony and reception. Early on during our wedding preparations, my now-husband and I already agreed that we will have Team Benitez as our photographer. Both of us hate the spotlight, so we never do good in front of the camera. Choosing the official photographer for our special day was one we were most careful and meticulous about; we surely didn’t want to mess this one up! We somehow knew what we wanted our photos to look like during our Wedding Day – lively and candid captures as opposed to dark, artsy and choreographed. We weren’t really the type who knew how to pose and project to the camera (well my wife can, but I can’t). Camille spearheaded the hunt for our wedding photographer, armed with the look we had in mind. During our wedding day they were there on time ready to capture the day’s special memories. We liked the free-flowing shoot – they were somehow there but not really. I discovered Team Benitez years ago when my cousin got married. I knew I wanted them to be my wedding photographer because I saw how they made everyone comfortable in front of the lens. Last 2021, we had our prenup and truly enough, it was an enjoyable and memorable moment to us. There weren’t any awkwardness when we had to make “awra” to the lens. Months after we were supposed to get married but it got cancelled. We talked to them if it’s possible to wait for us to resolve it and they gave us time. We’re very thankful for their patience because after 2 years, we finally got married and we got them as our wedding photographer. Never thought Cay will be our surprise that day. We thought he couldn’t make it, but he stayed and captured the whole event. I also love how they were able to work harmoniously with our videographer’s team. The fun set is translated to beautiful works of art which we proudly share with everyone.

Back in 2016 or 2017, I was already looking at wedding photographers in the hopes that my boyfriend (now husband), will propose soon. I already saw Team Benitez’s work and thought that they were perfect for us. Not too cinematic, just simple and no frills. Fast forward to 2021 when my good friend got married, they were their photographer. I was one of the bridesmaids so I already experienced how they work. I knew that my significant other would like the team because they are not intimidating and very friendly. I did not think twice to book them when I got engaged. We were not suppose to do a pre-wedding shoot but I wanted my husband to have a feel of how they work and he loved them. From the pre-wedding to the actual wedding they were super nice. They actually got us very good photos despite our awkward poses. They knew how to make us at ease and bring out our most beautiful smiles. The on site photo video was just magical. The background music was perfect. I mean start palang nakakaiyak na. When we rewatch it here at home we still get goosebumps and teary-eyed. We are so grateful to TBP for capturing our most special day. If we are given the chance to get married again, we would still definitely get TBP.
TBP is my non-nego supplier. Way back 2013 when my sister got married I saw some of Cay’s captured photos I told myself when I get married his team will be my wedding photographer. And as I hope for they did an amazing job on wedding day. Everytime I rewatch ung onsite photo slide show naiiyak padin ako. They also captured emotions namin ni husband, ng family namin and ng mga guests. Also take note that me and my husband we have no idea how to pose infront of camera haha minsan awkward pa ako mag pose pero they made it easy for us. We also received compliments from our wedding guests and even sa mga nakakita lang sa SocMed na ang ganda ng mga wedding photos namin. We highly recommend TBP because they are super WORTH it. Like what I have told Cay after our wedding “We’re proud to be a TBP couple” and we thank Cay and the whole team for making beautiful photos back up na if ever mawala sa core memory namin haha. TBP is the best wedding investment you should get!
WE NEVER REALLY CONSIDERED ANY OTHER PHOTO TEAM. WE SAW THEIR WORK AT A FRIEND’S WEDDING AND FELL IN LOVE. WARM, BRIGHT WITH POPS OF COLOR IS EXACTLY THEIR STYLE. “TRUST THE PROCESS” IS THE PHRASE THAT COMES TO MIND WHEN WE THINK ABOUT HOW IT WAS TO WORK WITH THEM. WE GAVE THEM CERTAIN SHOT LISTS AND THE REST SILA NA BAHALA.
2 YEARS OF WAITING TO BE A BP COUPLE WAS WORTH IT. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET THE PRENUP PACKAGE AS WELL. WE WEREN’T ABLE TO AND WE DEFINITELY REGRET IT! WE EVEN BASED THE CHOICE OF CHURCH AND PREP VENUE SA KANILA. THAT’S HOW MUCH WE TRUSTED THE TEAM.
